The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for the Lucas Meyer Cosmetics portfolio across the Texas and Midwest regions. This role focuses on building and strengthening strategic relationships with key brands, contract manufacturers, and distributors within the cosmetics and personal care industry through a consultative, B2B sales approach. Leveraging an established industry network, the Regional Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage key accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based in Dallas, Texas; however, candidates located elsewhere in Texas or the Midwest will also be considered to support regional customer engagement. The role is ideal for a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional with demonstrated experience selling cosmetic ingredients, including actives and functional ingredients, to brands and manufacturers.
