In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of Cortex, Palo Alto Networks' next-generation AI-powered security operations platform. Your portfolio will encompass a range of advanced security solutions, including Advanced Endpoint Protection, Cortex XDR for Investigations and Response, Cortex XDR for Analytics, Cortex XSOAR for Security Orchestration, Automation & Response, Attack Surface Management (Expanse), Autofocus, and the Cortex Data Lake. As a vital member of the Cortex Sales team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and expansion of these solutions within your designated market. Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing relationships with external customers while collaborating with the core sales team to align customer strategies with the Cortex business objectives. You will be expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, technical advancements, and regulatory changes that impact your target markets. This knowledge will enable you to create effective market strategies and set achievable goals for your customers across the Cortex portfolio. Additionally, you will take full ownership of sales forecasting, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sales cycle from initial contact through to procurement. Your role may require domestic travel and potentially international travel as necessary to meet with clients and partners.
