Requirements

  • Demonstrated success across a diversity of therapeutic products
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and pharmaceutical products
  • Motivated, results-oriented sales professional with outstanding sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exhibits leadership, motivational, and persuasion skills
  • Demonstrates business acumen and flexibility
  • Proactive with problem-solving ability
  • Ability to understand sales targeting tools and prioritize opportunities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license in good standing

  • Developing the field team, focusing on performance management and career progression.
  • Ensuring optimal resource allocation across the region and maintaining effective communication with key customers.
  • Identifying and maximizing talents on the team and providing growth opportunities.
  • Coaching sales professionals on selling skills and product knowledge through field visits.
  • Fostering proactive communication within the team and setting high performance standards.
  • Demonstrating strong leadership through consistent communication and direction.
  • Analyzing selling opportunities to drive market share and implementing projects.
  • Managing recruitment, performance management, and development needs within the region.
  • Providing ethical leadership and adhering to corporate policies and sales practice regulations.
