About The Position

Wasatch Property Management is seeking a Regional Sales & Leasing Agent to drive leasing success across our Sandy, Utah region communities. This role is all about connecting prospects with their perfect home, guiding them through the leasing process, and ensuring every interaction ends with a signed lease and a satisfied resident. What You’ll Do: Close the deal. Engage prospects, identify their needs, and confidently guide them through the leasing process to secure commitments. Showcase our properties. Conduct engaging tours that highlight the unique benefits of our communities. Hit your goals. Collaborate on leasing strategies and help achieve community occupancy targets. Foster relationships. Build trust with residents and prospects by providing outstanding customer service and resolving concerns with efficiency and care. Boost traffic.
