This position is responsible for direct supervision of Territory Sales Leads, Retail Sales Interns, and Associate Regional Sales Leaders who manage significant retail sales volume across multiple channels through in-store retail activation. This team delivers top tier retail activation of company initiatives within the routed channels of coverage. Includes achieving sales and share objectives, as well as KPIs on analytics and people development. This role will enable our continued leadership in the marketplace while delivering best-in-class talent development through hiring, coaching and developing their leaders. The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic and innovative thinking with strong business acumen, is highly collaborative, has exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a proven drive for results.
