Zurn Elkay is looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director for the Midwest Territory to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by managing independent rep agencies and advancing specification sales. As the Regional Director of Plumbing & Mechanical Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing sales performance, cost management, and regional growth, while developing and executing strategies to expand our market presence. This position involves converting specifications from architects, engineers, and contractors to the Zurn Elkay product portfolio, as well as identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales and Marketing, this role requires proximity to a major airport. This sales leader will travel up to 50%, and must be located in either the IL, MN or IA markets.
