About The Position

Join Sanofi's Procurement function as a Regional Sales, Insights & Patient Services Buyer for LATAM, where you'll implement sourcing strategies and lead procurement activities across our Marketing & Sales domain. You'll partner with business teams to drive cost efficiency and optimize operational impact while contributing to our mission of chasing the miracles of science to improve people's lives. Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Procurement or related field
  • Strong sourcing professional skills with ability to develop relationships across business lines and procurement organization
  • Knowledge of best-in-class procurement techniques and processes with analytical skills and system utilization
  • Ability to work independently on multiple concurrent priorities while balancing strategic priorities against operational challenges
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with project management capabilities
  • Proven track record in compliance and ethics with willingness to challenge status quo and drive innovation
  • Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred)
  • Fluent English is required

Responsibilities

  • Support Global Lead Buyer or Regional Category Manager to execute procurement strategies and deliver savings pipeline in line with targets
  • Lead RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations, managing overall relationships with key suppliers across the LATAM region
  • Partner with internal business teams to build project scopes, consolidate business needs, and conduct Global Request for Proposals
  • Report on status, savings, performance, and risks while staying informed on industry trends and market developments
  • Run Supplier Relationship Management programs and support crisis management and audit processes
  • Develop strong partnerships with key internal customers and present procurement strategies for review and input
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies related to risk, CSR, and compliance requirements
