About The Position

We partner with multifamily owners and management companies providing: Valet Trash Pressure Washing Dryer Vent Cleaning Gutter Cleaning Bulk item Services Our clients range from local operators to national portfolios - and our sales team has the unique ability to sell locally and scale nationally . The Opportunity We're hiring a Regional Sales Executive to own a defined territory while leveraging CCS's national platform. This is not a desk job. This is not a "wait for leads" role. This is a market-building position. This is new business development. You will: Build relationships throughout your region Be active in local apartment associations Attend and sponsor industry events Visit a minimum of 50+ multifamily communities per week Leverage social media and your network to grow the CCS brand Turn local relationships into regional and national portfolio opportunities If you're competitive, relationship-driven, and want uncapped upside - this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with high personal accountability
  • Comfortable with heavy in-person prospecting
  • Highly organized and consistent with follow-up
  • Relationship-focused but results-driven
  • Willing to be in the field daily
  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Multifamily industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Apartment association involvement is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new multifamily accounts
  • Develop long-term relationships with property managers, regional managers, and ownership groups
  • Maintain consistent in-person presence in your territory
  • Actively participate in apartment association events and industry networking
  • Identify portfolio expansion opportunities
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service rollouts
  • Represent CCS with professionalism and energy in the market
