About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and four years of experience in a related field.
  • Alternatively, a master's degree and two years of experience, a Ph.D. and up to one year of experience, or eight years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to travel within the region and be in the field 4 days/week.

Nice To Haves

  • Trucking/fleet sales experience.
  • Full-cycle direct B2B sales experience and a proven track record in high-volume sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell service agreements.
  • Experience selling across multiple states and geographies.
  • Strong self-discipline and a proven ability to manage a large book of business autonomously.
  • Computer competency and experience with Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.
  • A process orientation and structured approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Take full entrepreneurial ownership of your region, with the freedom to work across industries and with service agreements of all sizes.
  • Focus on finding and closing new business while maintaining executive-level relationships with current clients.
  • Ensure strong relationships from the C-level to support retention and account growth.
  • Foster productive working relationships with your customers.
  • Identify business opportunities across your market.
  • Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver customer reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
