Valet Living is hiring a Regional Sales Executive who knows how to own a territory, build a pipeline, and close deals. You’ll drive growth by targeting multifamily communities, delivering our premium resident-focused amenity solutions, and expanding our footprint. We’re looking for someone who is a quick learner, highly motivated, and skilled at reading people and situations.   • Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, driving revenue and achieving monthly sales targets within your designated territory.
  • Maintain client retention while increasing revenue from existing accounts.
  • Engage property managers, regional managers, property owners, and management groups to expand market presence.
  • Network through industry associations, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting efforts to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and sales contact requests, ensuring prospects receive timely responses.
  • Play a key role in transitioning clients to the operations team during service launch and conduct start-up orientations to ensure success.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of activities and progress using Salesforce to optimize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Operations leaders to align on priorities, address service challenges, and develop strategic plans that drive service improvements and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Engage in professional development and continuously refine your sales approach.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B outside consultative sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding sales objectives.
  • Previous experience selling in the multifamily industry is a plus.
  • Ability to leverage persuasion, negotiation, and influence to engage decision-makers at all levels.
  • Salesforce experience preferred; strong time management and planning skills required.
  • Valid Driver’s License required for frequent travel within your designated market.
