Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions, with a solid background in IT infrastructure (networking, servers), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity (in particular SIEM solutions), application delivery, business analytics, and IT observability.
  • Hands-on experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
  • A background in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
  • Proficiency with a programming language such as Golang, Python, JavaScript, and Unix-based shell scripting, along with experience using regex and SQL.
  • Proven success working in distributed, remote-first environments.
  • Experience with log management, SIEM, and XDR, including everything from data ingest, to parsing, to manipulation and visualization of the data, to proving out security use cases.
  • Ability to adapt, thrive and excel in a fast-moving, nimble environment.
  • Comfortable in a team selling environment, working in close collaboration with peers in the CrowdStrike sales organization.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter able to work independently but also team oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience participating in common sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling in a presales or architect role.
  • Strength in evangelizing technology and new account acquisition (hunting) – ability to discover and uncover new opportunities with prospects and existing business customers.
  • Excellent problem resolution skills – resourceful and constructive.
  • Willingness to experiment with new technologies, techniques, and approaches to understand and communicate the unique value of CrowdStrike’s solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating how data pipelines seamlessly connect data sources with Falcon Next-Gen SIEM.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions in early customer engagements.
  • Support customers during proof-of-concept projects, ensuring they realize measurable value.
  • Document innovative customer use cases and contribute to blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with a global team in our remote-first environment, occasionally flexing outside standard working hours to support customers across time zones.
