About The Position

This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (3 days in office per week). The Regional Sales Enablement Product Owner is a key contributor to the company's sales performances through driving adoption, improvements and data transparency of the B2B Portal and Sales CRM. Acting as a strong partner to the regional sales (leadership) team, the role translates regional requirements into scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of commensurate experience required
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience with digital sales enablement expertise with hands-on ownership of B2B portals and CRM systems required
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to generate insights that improve sales performance
  • Proven stakeholder and change management capability to drive tool adoption across sales teams
  • Experience leading AI initiatives and integrating AI-driven improvements into sales processes
  • Ability to provide advanced (3rd-level) functional support and translate business needs into system requirements
  • Deep understanding of CRM platforms (e.g. SAP C4C, SAP/ERP-integrated CRM) and B2B eCommerce/order-flow systems
  • Familiarity with sales operations workflows, order-to-cash processes, and commercial performance metrics
  • Proficiency with analytics and dashboarding tools (Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of automation, digital workflows and data governance
  • Strong ownership mindset with focus on business impact and revenue enablement
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work daily with sales leadership and join customer visits
  • Structured, analytical thinker with problem-solving ability and a continuous-improvement mindset
  • Highly adaptable, proactive and comfortable influencing across functions

Responsibilities

  • Regional ownership of the B2B Portal & Sales CRM
  • Driving adoption and improvement of sales tools through close alignment with the sales team
  • Acting as the strategic counterpart to local sales management for data, analysis, and digital enablement
  • Providing key input to Global Product Management by collecting regional requirements, prioritizing and ensuring their implementation
  • Promoting and leading AI usage and AI initiatives in the sales area
  • Providing 3rd-level support for complex technical issues
