About the position

BeMobile is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our teams in Southern Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Earn $85,00-$95,000+ (salary plus potential commissions). This candidate must be located in the geography of the region. This position is required to drive and must be able to drive and meet the Vehicle Policy at BeMobile.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and create an environment of accountability within the District Leader team.
  • Inspire the achievement of shared goals by giving clear direction and providing necessary tools.
  • Delegate appropriate responsibilities to team members while maintaining ownership of outcomes.
  • Monitor sales metrics and hold District Leaders accountable for executing strategies that drive results.
  • Ensure alignment with Verizon's market priorities and initiatives.
  • Build a high-performing team of District Leaders by recruiting top talent and promoting growth.
  • Oversee operational efficiency across all regional stores, ensuring consistency in execution and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to strengthen BeMobile and pursue continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills including team and relationship building.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Reliability and consistency in fulfilling roles and responsibilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in strategic planning and executing sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of Verizon's goals and market priorities.
