We are seeking an experienced, action-oriented Partnerships Manager to manage and grow our collaborations with strategic partners, resellers, and channel organizations across North America. This role is execution-focused, centered on driving joint business outcomes by enabling partner sales teams to effectively sell XM Cyber solutions. Your mission will be to develop strong relationships with partners, ensure they prioritize XM Cyber, and successfully execute joint go-to-market plans. You will coordinate training, enablement, and marketing efforts—working closely with partner sales teams and our internal sales organization to generate leads, pursue opportunities, and close deals. You will also evangelize XM Cyber’s value proposition throughout the partner community and ensure partner satisfaction by being a trusted and approachable resource—both internally and externally.
