About The Position

The Regional Director will own and drive the commercial performance of FDH Hardware in the Israel region, focusing on sales growth, margin expansion, and customer development. This role serves as the primary regional customer leader and partner, ensuring alignment between business objectives and operational execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in commercial leadership, sales, or business development within the hardware or manufacturing sector
  • Strong experience managing executive customer relationships and account strategies
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth, margin expansion, and operational alignment
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with operations, supply chain, and pricing teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Own regional commercial performance, including sales growth, margin, and customer expansion across the Israel region
  • Lead new business development initiatives, identifying growth opportunities with existing and new OEM and Tier-1 customers
  • Serve as the primary regional customer leader, managing executive relationships, contract strategy, and lon-term account plans
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and pricing teams to ensure seamless execution from quote to delivery
  • Drive alignment between customer demand, inventory strategy, and supplier engagement to support regional growth
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Track and report on regional KPIs, including bookings, marging, pipeline, on-time delivery(OTD), and customer satisfaction
  • Act as a regional leader, translating commercial objectives into actionable execution plans
  • Other duties as assigned
