From healthcare to lifestyle, from giving to education, from compliance to continuation – we offer more than 50 benefit accounts and compliance offerings to meet our client’s needs whether they have 1 employee or 1 million. We’re hiring a Regional Sales Director to lead growth in the state of Oregon. This role is perfect for a driven B2B sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships, managing a full sales cycle, and winning in a competitive market.

Requirements

  • A relationship-builder with 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Skilled in consultative/relationship-based selling
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and persistent
  • Confident overcoming objections and navigating long sales cycles
  • Able to become a subject matter expert and deliver strategic value
  • Live in the Northern/Western Detroit metro area
  • Hold a valid driver’s license for local, in-person sales activity

Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue by developing relationships with independent insurance agents and financial professionals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor while selling Benefit Accounts (FSA, HSA, HRA, Lifestyle/Fringe), COBRA Administration, and Compliance Services
  • Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting through closing
  • Build and manage your own territory with autonomy and support
  • Position solutions that help business clients of all sizes
