We are seeking an experienced sales and/or retention specialist to lead Compass Group’s account retention efforts through strategic engagement with clients, operators and field support. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Regional Sales Director - Retention will be responsible for retention and rebid efforts in our Corporate Services division with a primary focus on delivering winning proposals and solutions. This position is remote location with an expectation of up to 50% travel to meet clients and retain business.
