Basic Purpose The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading and driving sales growth within a defined geographic territory. This role focuses on developing strategic customer relationships, expanding market share, and delivering revenue targets through effective leadership of the regional sales team, meeting all goals and KPIs. The director will identify new business opportunities, work closely with product and operations teams, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering value-driven solutions in a competitive industrial environment.
