About The Position

The Regional Sales Director (RSD) at ReliaQuest is a leadership role focused on managing a designated sales team to maximize revenue and achieve sales goals. The position requires a candidate who embodies the company's core values and demonstrates the necessary attitude, energy, and effort to thrive in a rapidly growing market. The RSD will be responsible for forecasting sales, providing coaching, conducting performance reviews, and participating in industry events, all while driving the growth of the company in a competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of track record of exceeding sales targets as a front-line manager.
  • Experience leading an enterprise sales team with a complex solution focused on multibillion $ annual revenue companies, specifically new logo acquisition.
  • Experience with Recurring Revenue Model.
  • Individuals that have successfully recruited, hired, and developed sales teams at scale.
  • Sales leaders that have driven the adoption of a well-established value-based selling methodology and process (Command of the Message is a plus) and opportunity qualification methodology (MEDDPICC is a plus).
  • Success selling and managing teams at a high growth, early-stage technology startup is relevant.
  • Completed Bachelor's degree or higher education.

  • Cyber security experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage designated sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed goals.
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to individual sellers and establish individual development plans.
  • Conduct bi-yearly performance reviews.
  • Participate in industry and RQ specific customer and prospect events and meetings.
  • Travel with sales team as needed.
