As the Eastern Regional Director for our Retail Lending Sales and Account Management teams, you will lead three dynamic territories — Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast. Each team includes a Territory Leader, Account Executives focused on client success, retention, and revenue growth across a strategic portfolio of financial institutions, and Sales Executives responsible for driving new client acquisition. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of the sales organization, shape go-to-market strategies, manage forecasting and sales execution, demand generation, and collaborate closely with Sales Operations to optimize CRM usage and operational reporting. This is a quota-carrying leadership position that reports directly to the VP of Sales and demands a strong blend of strategic vision, team development, and direct client engagement.
