The Regional Sales Director is responsible for managing all sales related activities within the Northeast region including managing and maintaining the sales forecast to adequately predict and assess sales on a quarterly basis; leading sales team to exceed assigned orders and revenue budgets & manage expenses accordingly.

Requirements

  • Ability, competence, and confidence to lead people
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 10 years of relevant experience in the Radiation Oncology field
  • 5 years of management experience
  • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired

Nice To Haves

  • Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility
  • Meets all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to gain VMS client site access

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strategic thinking
  • Evaluate business and competitive trends in defined market
  • Develop internal and external strategic programs to drive business and grow share
  • Coach and develop team on key organizational objectives and selling strategies
  • Work with team to develop proactive business plans and strategies to maximize territory effectiveness
  • Assess competitive influences or company process improvements and recommend action plan to maximize market share and profitability
  • Perform all required management responsibilities including implementing the company's policies, programs, and guidelines
  • Ensure employee productivity and growth
  • Manage resources and maintain functional, technical, and necessary external market awareness
  • Promote teamwork and clear cross functional communication across the organization
