About The Position
ABM is seeking a results-oriented Regional Director of Sales to lead our Electrical & Lighting Services division, focused on low-voltage electrical systems <480 Volts This role is responsible for driving strategic growth, directing a team of 10—including high-performing Business Development Managers (BDMs)—and expanding our presence in infrastructure modernization and upgrades across commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical knowledge, sales leadership, and a strong understanding of electrical services as part of integrated building envelope solutions—including lighting retrofits, panel upgrades, controls, and EV charging integration.
