About The Position

Compass Group has a new business development position available to grow the Bon Appétit Management Company brand within the higher education market. This professional, top performer will be an organized self-starter, who loves to hunt for new opportunities and is able to work independently. This is a strategic, high-level, high-integrity individual contributor role that builds strong relationships and directs the sales process in collaboration with our operating partners and support teams. As the Regional Sales Director for Bon Appétit, you report to the Regional Vice President of Sales at Compass Group and are responsible for profitable market growth through new opportunities for Bon Appétit within the Higher Education market. Selling the premier brand Bon Appétit, the candidate will be based in a major metropolitan city within the Southeast but with a national territory. The position offers a base salary and commission.
