About The Position

ManhattanLife has about 1 million customers all over the United States. The National Sales Coordinator Internally manage a sales region in partnership with an external sales representative. You will be responsible for working with brokers and agents with quoting, enrollment strategies, working with employee benefit platforms and executing a successful enrollment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent; similar work experience considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills along with active listening.
  • Proficient technical skills using various programs and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and/or Webex Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Maintain a professional attitude in challenging situations.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert of internal processes for underwriting, submission of policies, broker services and contracting.
  • Work with Regional Sales Directors and Regional Vice Presidents to help recruit, onboard, and increase sales with new and current producers.
  • Be a student of the game; always learning and maintaining industry knowledge and trends.
  • Helping facilitate successful enrollments via phone and Webex meetings.
  • Provide brokers and agents with product quotes. Be able to explain the quotes in detail.
  • Coordinate request to meet our 'ease to market mantra' for brokers.
  • Ensuring agreed upon enrollment conditions and participation are fulfilled.
