About The Position

Sika is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join its growing team in AZ, ID, UT or WY for our Insulation business. As a Regional Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service role.
  • Managing customer relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide generic information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Process orders, billing(invoicing) customers, assist with returns, and exchanges.
