About The Position

The Regional Sales and Operations Manager will oversee the daily and tactical sales functions of studio operations. This role is responsible for the execution of sales strategies, review & analysis of industry trends, development, and overall performance of the assigned region. This leader will demonstrate a high caliber approach to team development, as well as have an entrepreneurial mindset for growing the business. This role will report to the Area Director of Sales & Operations.

  • 3-5 years of people management, sales, operations, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in a multi-unit business role in retail sales, fitness, or hospitality industry, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate business strategies and efficiencies that exceed the Sales and Operational Standards of the company and Franchisor.
  • Provide leadership to influence, develop, and enable team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Plan, monitor, and manage expenses to impact the studio P&L.
  • Evaluate the needs of the team, hire, train, develop, and retain staff.
  • Set clear expectations and evaluate the performance outcome of stated goals.
  • Monitor team performance. Conduct routine 1:1 weekly/monthly meetings with regional leaders to motivate, coach, develop, and strengthen the skill set of the team.
  • Ensure member experience aligns with Orangetheory Brand of excellence.
  • Achieve overall success in the day-to-day operations for the assigned region through sales, attrition, labor, expense management, operating profits, NPS, and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Conduct studio audits and other operational efficiency audits across the region to ensure efforts are focused on building sales, hiring, expense controls, employee and client satisfaction.
  • Partner cross-functionally with studios, peers, Regional Support Teams, Franchisor, and other corporate partners.
  • Ensure the equipment and facility operations are in proper working order.
  • Requires 90% travel across designated region; occasional out of state travel may be requested.
