Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
• Ability to serve as the key support person for the sales team.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Above average computer skills including Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn internal computer systems.
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all details and paperwork are in order and processed before and after an equipment sale.
• Handle sales invoicing, purchase orders, and warranty administration.
• Monitor sales department expenses and create reports.
• Support the sales team in the field with answers to questions regarding manufacturer pricing programs, discounts, sales incentives, and financing programs.
