In this position, the Registered Dietitian takes a lead role in their assigned Skilled Nursing Facilities and works closely with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to evaluate and ensure that all residents have the best possible nutrition interventions As a Dietician with Caldera Care, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our TEAM of several Registered Dieticians within the company to foster career growth and development .
Requirements
- Current active RD License
Responsibilities
- The Registered Dietitian coordinates nutritional care of residents by completing nutritional assessments, developing and implementing care plans and documenting dietary information about residents.
- Provides guidance and collaborates with the Food Service Director in the provision of food and nutrition services
