About The Position

The Regional Recruitment Manager at G2 Secure Staff is responsible for leading a team of recruiters in managing the entire recruitment process. This role focuses on improving recruitment strategies to align with the company's goals, ensuring effective team management, and fostering positive relationships across various levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5 to 7 years of direct experience in Recruiting, Project Management, or Human Resources.
• 3-5 years of experience managing multiple direct reports, preferably in a virtual setting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to analyze recruitment metrics and lead a team effectively.
• Experience with ADP applicant tracking system.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing a virtual team.
• Ability to travel 50% or more with limited notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters through the entire recruitment life cycle, from candidate generation to hiring.
• Collaborate with management to analyze staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and predict future hiring needs.
• Cultivate a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
• Develop and implement strategic retention plans in collaboration with HR managers.
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate insights into recruitment processes.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving talent attraction capabilities.
