About The Position
ECS is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Recruiter to lead the sourcing and recruitment of top civil engineering and geotechnical talent across the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, you will build and manage strong partnerships with subsidiary and branch leadership, use your organizational skills and your sourcing prowess to deliver an effective, proactive and strategic approach to attracting the best engineers in the industry.
