He or she will play a critical role in ensuring the hiring of the best performers. Must be acclimated to 25% overnight and out of state travel. In-Person - Not Remote - You will be traveling to differ Service Centers each day.

Requirements

  • 4-year Degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum 2 Years of Recruiting Experience
  • Phone Skills, Interviewing Skills, People Skills
  • Driver’s License with good driving record
  • Communicate effectively via written correspondence
  • Excellent Public Speaking
  • Experience in Web Job Postings

Responsibilities

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meet with General Managers to discuss and establish strategies to fill vacancies.
  • Builds applicant pool by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, social media, and internet job-board sites.
  • Providing organization information, opportunities, and maintaining rapport with Leads Group
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing assessments, and comparing qualifications of job requirements.
  • Comply with administrative duties and recordkeeping
  • Establish short and long term recruiting plans.
  • Post openings in web-based advertisements, with professional organizations, and external portals.
  • Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase awareness of the company.
  • Perform other special projects as assigned.
