About The Position
The Autism Society of North Carolina is currently hiring for a full-time Regional Recruiter to recruit, select, hire and place staff who provide direct services to individuals with autism, across programs and service departments within a geographical region spanning several counties. The Regional Recruiter also implements and supports various HR tasks within the region. A strong candidate MS Excel, MS Office and virtual meeting platforms is preferred and the candidate must possess strong organization skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. The role requires strong time management and multi-tasking while demonstrating simultaneous attention to detail. Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a hybrid work environment, to meet staffing timelines and target placement metrics.
