About The Position

The Regional Radiology Manager is responsible for the imaging services of the Radiology department within a specific region of the Marshfield Clinic system. Areas that may be included in these responsibilities are CT, MRI, Interventional, Ultrasound, General, Mammography, Dexa, Nuclear Medicine/PET and any support staff within these areas. Administratively, this position reports to the Core Line Administrator of Imaging Services and is responsible for overall staffing requirements, workflow, patient and staff satisfaction, capital planning, operational budgeting, equipment maintenance, and physician needs. The Regional Radiology Manager collaborates with the System Radiology members to discuss regional needs, processes, standards to improve and standardized process to better serve the organization’s patients.

Requirements

• Formal education including graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology, Sonography, Nuclear Medicine, or a Bachelor’s degree in business or a health-related field.
• Two years management experience within a multi-specialty radiology department.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire, and one of the following certifications: ARRT certification provided by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists NMTCB certification provided by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board ARDMS certification provided by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, Inc.
• Employee may not at any time have been or be excluded from participation in any federally funded program, including Medicare and Medicaid. This is a condition of employment. Employee must immediately notify his/her manager or the Health System’s Compliance Officer if he/she is threatened with exclusion or becomes excluded from any federally funded program.
