Collaborate with sales and operations teams in your region. Maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers in the territory. As needed negotiate and strategize with suppliers for the best regional pricing and lead times. Particularly on large orders. Develop bid strategies (pricing tiers, alternates, win themes). Track, analyze, and report on quote hit‑rate, margin, and competitor positioning; refine pricing models accordingly. Proactively follow up on outstanding bids and capture client feedback. Champion proposal templates, version control, and knowledgebase best practices. Archive quote data for audit, cost‑benchmarking, and lessons‑learned reviews.
