We are looking for a Regional PSC Agent to join our team. This is an in office position, located in Lubbock, Texas. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of using computer systems, which may include software programs, entering data or processing information
- Basic knowledge of digital applications including web, email, chat, text, etc.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
- Dental field experience a plus, but not required
- Call Center experience a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Acquires patient and issue-related information and enters call-tracking database
- Responds to inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, utilizing proper grammar and verbal skills
- Provides optimal patient experience by effectively resolving issues on a patient's first call
- Coordinates appointment schedules
- Takes payments
- Uses multiple computer applications concurrently, maneuvering through their respective functions
- Works as a consultative partner to our clients, building rapport and providing direction
