About The Position

The Regional Property Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall success of assigned residential communities by driving operational excellence, achieving financial goals, and maintaining high standards of quality and resident satisfaction. This role involves leading and developing onsite teams, overseeing budgeting and performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations, and fostering strong relationships with residents, staff, and vendors to continuously enhance the value and performance of the portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of property management leadership skills
• Proficiency in Yardi, Excel, and reporting tools
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must have valid driver license and dependable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple residential communities
• Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams
• Drive financial performance, budgeting, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and Fair Housing laws

• Analyze market trends to stay competitive
