About The Position

Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, and team-oriented Full -Time Regional Property Manager with a can-do attitude to join our expanding team! Position: Regional Property Manager Location: Current and future RPS Affordable properties in the Central Valley/Fresno/North California area. Hours: Monday through Friday As one of the nation’s top ten residential property owners, our mission is to ensure that our residents live in a quality apartment community they can be proud of. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years prior property management experience required; minimum 3+ years of Yardi software experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with extensive experience (5-10 years) managing multiple tax credit/affordable (LIHTC), mixed communities, and public supportive housing (PSA) experience Preferred.
  • Familiarity or extensive experience with Yardi property Management software programs
  • Experience managing new properties, lease-up's and growth/construction and re-habilitation projects
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) or multiple languages a plus!
  • CPM designation and LIHTC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees property operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Ensures a safe work environment and provides support to Property Managers and Supervisors.
  • Communicates regularly with the Corporate Office.
  • Maximizes gross rent and minimizes vacancy and delinquent rent loss.
  • Controls expenditures and approves purchases.
  • Conducts market and product analysis.
  • Suggests competitive prices and assists in developing strategic marketing plans.
  • Directly supervises all Property Managers in the assigned region.
  • Conducts supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and laws.
