About The Position

The Regional Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining the integrity of the physical assets. Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience in property management at on-site and supervisory levels.
• Real estate license (if applicable).
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
• Experience in managing affordable housing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and prepare operating budgets for assigned properties.
• Supervise site managers and related staff to ensure effective property management.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and State agency regulations.
• Maintain professional relationships with owner entities, agencies, and industry professionals.
• Conduct formal site inspections of building interiors and exteriors.
• Supervise leasing personnel and evaluate market conditions.
• Implement marketing plans and review rental applications for compliance.
• Review and develop annual property management plans and operating budgets.
• Approve payments and expenditures in accordance with company policies.
• Handle employee selection, training, and compliance with policies.
