About The Position
The Regional Property Manager has overall management responsibilities for the efficient and profitable performance of personnel and properties in a designated area, given existing market conditions. In addition, the greatest possible satisfaction and well being of all other individuals associated with the properties, both employees and residents, must be attained while maintaining consistency with the goals and objectives of the Company and property owners. The Regional Property Manager trains, supervises and motivates all on-site staff on the property to which assigned.
