About The Position

The Regional Property Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple residential and commercial properties within the Oklahoma City Housing Authority portfolio. This role focuses on ensuring efficient property operations, maintaining high occupancy rates, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices, while fostering positive relationships with tenants and staff.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, Fair Housing regulations, and Section 8.
• Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and properties.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in marketing strategies for properties.
• Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and supervision of day-to-day property management for assigned developments.
• Work with asset management on financial management, including budget preparation and monitoring cash flow.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and coordinate with accounting for timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting for properties, including budget variances and staff efficiency.
• Regularly visit site offices and inspect field operations to assess occupancy and maintenance projects.
• Train site staff to ensure compliance with relevant housing regulations and policies.
• Coordinate with various departments for inspections and compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Resolve resident relation issues and escalated complaints from residents.
• Inspect properties to maintain high standards and evaluate maintenance operations.
• Monitor inventory control and purchasing processes.
• Ensure site managers are proficient in property management software, particularly Yardi.
