The Regional Property Manager Assistant plays a vital role in overseeing multiple properties within the company's portfolio. This part-time position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in property management, focusing on maintaining high occupancy rates, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.

  • Manage the overall operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Section 8 guidelines.
  • Oversee property leasing activities, including marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and conducting property showings.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue generation.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with prospective tenants while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for tracking tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate facilities management tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict management issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare regular reports on property performance metrics, occupancy rates, and financial statements for upper management review.
  • Supervise on-site staff, providing training and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • 5 years of experience in facilities management.
  • 3 years of property management experience.
  • Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
  • Strong knowledge of property leasing processes and real estate administration.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws governing property management practices.
  • Strong sales acumen with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
