About The Position
The Regional Property Director - Aquatics is responsible for overseeing the operational functions of aquatics facilities within the YMCA of the Triangle. This role involves supporting branch staff, ensuring member safety, and maintaining property and facilities at aquatics-only locations. The director acts as a liaison for operational services, implements facility management standards, and fosters relationships with staff and members to meet the strategic objectives of the Association.
