About The Position

The Regional Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of multiple projects within a designated geographic region across the Windowrama Regional footprint. This role requires strategic planning, coordination, and management of resources to ensure Field Installation Supervisor / Project Manager projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while meeting KPIs and standards. The Regional Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and senior leadership to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities. They will also be tasked with identifying process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery and team performance. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in aligning project outcomes with the organization's broader business objectives and regional growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, software/technology and other tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lead Perfection, Vendor, AS400).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working across diverse geographic locations and regulatory environments.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, financial forecasting, and contract management.
  • Background in the window and door industry or other experience relevant to the company’s operations.
  • Advanced proficiency with installation & construction projects; specifically fenestration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent installation projects within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal departments and external vendors, to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and communication plans for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, provide leadership and guidance to project teams, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze project performance metrics and generate insights to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
