Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters and legal teams on claims management.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in construction and claims management.
• Background in insurance adjusting and legal aspects of claims is a plus.
