  • Motivated to learn and maintain a broad knowledge of the manufacturer’s new and recent products.
  • Proficient in the use of equipment, tools & technology needed to troubleshoot and repair AWP products.
  • Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years’ Technical Service experience within the heavy equipment or similar industry.
  • A basic technical knowledge of aerial work platforms.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Genie products is preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve customer concerns with Terex AWP products.
  • Complete daily work orders, including entering daily activities into our CRM system.
  • Assist customers with their service training needs and information.
  • Assist Engineering as requested with the improvement and development of AWP products.
  • Assist all customers with the safe and proper operation of Terex AWP products.
  • Assist Terex Product Safety upon request.
  • Create and maintain relationships within their respective territory.
  • Work with area Sales and Parts personnel regularly to grow business market share.
