About the position

At Cricut, we help people lead creative lives by providing cutting-edge tools and inspiration for DIY projects. Our smart cutting machines, innovative software, and high-quality materials empower creators of all kinds. We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Manager, North America to join our team and help us bring our brand to life across our key retail partners. The primary function of the Americas Regional Product Marketing team is to ensure the success of our Cricut’s products as sold to/through the large community of Cricut’s omni-channel retail and ecommerce resellers across the Americas. This includes the development and execution of the business/marketing strategy for Cricut’s products across all key phases of the product life cycle (from launch planning to end-of-life) within the Americas Region.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the evolving Americas TAM for all Cricut products & assess the competitive landscape across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
  • Be the expert on our reseller community, how they buy and their buying criteria.
  • Establish the regional strategy & annual plan to maximize ARPU (pricing, promotions & mix), sell-in/sell-through attainment, market share, and margin delivery.
  • Construct channel-optimized product roadmaps & transition plans for all products within an assigned portfolio.
  • Implement programs to ensure successful new product launches across the Americas.
  • Create & deliver product and value-proposition trainings for all key regional sales and marketing stakeholders.
  • Develop the sales tools that support the selling process of Cricut’s products.
  • Showcase the features and benefits of Cricut’s products to potential customers by providing live demonstrations.
  • Anticipate and resolve product-related issues that require cross-functional coordination and alignment.
  • Influence key marketing and product decisions (e.g. naming, packaging, creative, messaging, form factor, feature prioritization).
  • Work closely with the global product management & creative teams to map out marketing assets and launch plans for new products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience (preferably with physical products).
  • Experience with products sold through retail channels is a big plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Very strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Maniacal attention to detail, able to track multiple complex sets of data across several documents.
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
