About This Position This is a hybrid position based in Oldsmar, FL requiring at least 3 days in office weekly with the balance working remotely from home. Relocation assistance available. Procurement Manager, Field Support and Implementation's role is vital to improving operational efficiency and supporting the operations team through data-driven insights and proactive problem-solving. By focusing on regional communication, process streamlining, and training, this position is designed to drive performance improvements while ensuring compliance and consistency to designated regions. Key responsibilities include overseeing Managed Order Guides (MOGs) and product lists to ensure compliance, providing centralized training resources, and supporting informed decision-making. The role also involves regular engagement with the field to resolve issues, proactively address challenges, and drive performance improvements across regions.
