The role of Regional Pro Sales Manager is to lead a team within a defined geographic region to achieve incremental sales targets and increase market penetration. This role helps drives the growth of our business by developing and leading a highly engaged sales team. Responsibility includes managing the assigned region’s revenue, market share, staffing, expenses & profitability. This role is accountable for supporting and accomplishing the corporate objectives by directing and coordinating the activities of the sales team’s values, strategies, and objectives including the team’s development of strategic partnerships with store management personnel.
