The Injury Prevention Specialist/Athletic Trainer - Regional PRN position is based in Western Michigan and offers a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 40 hours a week, primarily Monday through Friday. This role involves providing coverage at multiple client locations as needed. ATI is a multi-service healthcare company specializing in musculoskeletal health, focusing on proactive injury prevention and employee engagement.   • Interface with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
  • Observe employee work performance to assess body mechanics, determine risk, and create mitigation plans.
  • Perform and document all employee treatments efficiently and completely, integrating feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules related to first aid.
  • Proactively address discomfort through education and job-specific coaching to eliminate injury contributions.
  • Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
  • Identify, develop, and provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Athletic Training.
  • Associates degree as a PTA with licensure, or Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health, or 2 years experience in a Military healthcare setting.
  • Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate.
  • Basic Life Support and AED Certification.
  • BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC preferred.
