KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Regional Practice Leader (RPL) for our Facilities Construction Management group. This leadership role combines technical expertise, strategic vision, and business management to drive the growth and success of multiple practices within the company. The RPL will have direct reports in the Mid-Atlantic and South Regions and will support the growth of Facilities CM Services in the West and North. The position involves leading all Facilities Construction Management technical practices, which currently include Healthcare, Research, Higher Education, K-12, and Federal clients. Project delivery services include Owner's Representative, General Contracting, Design-Build, At-Risk, Multi-Prime, Third-Party Special Inspection, as well as Forensic and QC Inspection. The RPL will provide guidance and support to all Facilities CM staff to ensure project success and client satisfaction, while also collaborating with other regional practices to leverage shared expertise and implement best practices.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies and business plans.
  • Drive business development efforts, expanding services beyond the current client base.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; identify opportunities to introduce new services or expand into new markets.
  • Support recruiting efforts to attract top Facilities CM talent.
  • Prepare and deliver annual performance appraisals for assigned staff.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop the annual budget.
  • Ensure effective utilization of personnel and manage client contracts.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 10 years of related professional experience, or 14 years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Typically, 10+ years of progressive professional and increasing project management and organizational management experience in the AEC industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of successful project management, business management, and team collaboration.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business development efforts and achieve growth targets.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to support regional initiatives.
  • Master's/ MBA preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE), Design-Build Professional (DBIA), and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred but not required.
